THE flag was flown at half mast at Frensham Pond Sailing Club at the weekend, following the sad discovery in the mid-Atlantic of the wrecked yacht skippered by Farnham man Andrew Bridge, 22. The upturned hull of the 40 foot Cheeki Rafiki was spotted by a US Navy helicopter on Friday and a diver was sent down to confirm the name on the craft's side. The life raft on which so many hopes had been pinned was still on board and there was no sign of the four crew. It was a week after the craft had run into trouble while sailing back to to the UK from Antigua with Andrew Bridge, James Male, 23, Paul Goslin, 56, and Steve Warren, 52, on board.
