THE very first Flair Gymnastics franchise has officially opened in Farnham forming a partnership with All Hallows School.

Club Farnham is owned and operated by Flair Franchisee coach and mum of three, Amanda Williams.

In the new Flair gym club children can safely learn the building blocks to become the champions of tomorrow.

The gym hall at All Hallows School was packed full of brand new, shiny and very colourful apparatus and oodles of soft landing mats, that more than 100 children got to use while they experienced gymnastics moves just like their sporting heroes.

This ranged from rolls, jumps, cartwheels and tumbles, through to somersaults for the more advanced.

“I am so excited to be starting my very own Flair Gym Club in Farnham. Having competed as a trampolinist from a very young age, I feel like gymnastics is in my blood,” said Amanda.

“I have dreamt about running my own club for a long time now having worked at Flair for five years, firstly as a coach and as a club manager. Becoming a franchise owner seems like the natural next step. I’m ready for it.

“We get to take part in exciting events at Flair where I recently met my childhood sporting hero Kevin Keegan at a Flair event.”

Richard Dwyer, founder and CEO of Flair Gymnastics and former professional TV and movie stuntman, added: “It was a big day for Flair as we open our very first franchise in Farnham.

“I am very pleased that we have someone as experienced as Amanda as our first franchisee. I know we are in safe hands and I wish her every success.

“I started Flair in 1998 as I am passionate about not just coaching gymnastics which I believe is the foundation of all sports but also the teaching of important life skills like how to build confidence through gymnastics.”
