HEADLEY Down grandmother Veronica Taylor is angry because she feels police ignored her 999 call for help after she was confronted by a flasher on Broxhead Common.

She reached for her mobile phone when, after exposing himself, the man, thought to be in his 20s, started to follow her as she walked her dogs.
