FLOODING fears and parking problems have surfaced following plans for a new home off Borough Road.
It follows an outline planning application by Petersfield company Heroncrest for a new home, garage and car parking area on land south-west of 32 Borough Road, to the rear of existing homes in the road, on the outskirts of the town.
