A FLOWER bed planted in the shape of a racing car, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Mike Hawthorn's world championship win, will be a special feature of the floral displays being planned for Farnham this year.
Having achieved a Gold award and been named regional winner in the 2008 South & South East in Bloom competition, Farnham Town Council plans to raise the bar with this year's entry in the same, Town Centre, category, and needs help from sponsors to do it.
