CAMPAIGNERS have welcomed news that Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) has been refused permission at appeal to site a junior football hub at Anstey Park.

Members of the Anstey Residents Group and Anstey Park Casual Users' Group have expressed delight over the decision by a government inspector to dismiss the appeal on grounds that the hub would harm the character of this part of the designated countryside.
