Football pavilion "back to square one"

PETERSFIELD'S young footballers' long-awaited pavilion "is back to square one."

With hundreds of youngsters from Petersfield Town Juniors desperate for new facilities, the Petersfield Town Council announced at a meeting last week that the plans "were on hold" because tenders were not legally acceptable.
