A "FORGOTTEN" street in Petersfield town centre is set to come alive with the reintroduction of a bright and bustling market.

The Petersfield Festivals team have confirmed that they are bringing their fantastic atmosphere, stallholders and music to Lavant Street.
The first Lavant Street market for several decades will take place on the road dubbed the 'Gateway to the South Downs National Park' on Sunday, April 6.
And there are already early indications that the event will be a success, as more than 30 stallholders have confirmed their place.
