PUB landlords across Farnham have reacted angrily to a new 'unlicensed' bar in The Woolmead, branding it "fly by night", a magnet for troublemakers and unfair to paying licence holders.
Launched last week, 'Innsatiable' invites customers to pay for beer mats and other furniture while enjoying free drinks - a concept which its owner, Simon Atkinson, believes negates the need for an alcohol licence.
However, the new bar has been criticised by local residents, the police, Waverley Borough Council and town centre licensees, who believe Innsatiable is operating "illegally" by not possessing a licence.
