CONTROVERSIAL plans for a skate bowl in Liss have been dealt another blow – this time from conservation body the Open Spaces Society.

Britain's oldest national conservation body has warned Liss Parish Council that it is unlawful to build a skate bowl on the registered village green at West Liss – one of the proposed sites for the development.
