PLANS for 35,000 square feet of light industrial facilities on the Bridgelands site in Lickfold Road have raised fresh concerns among Fernhurst residents this week.

The plans, which were granted outline planning consent in 1985 and comprise a mix of offices, stores and technical workshops, have raised fresh concerns following the belief amongst residents that the land, currently owned by Zeneca Agrochemicals, has been sold off.
