AFTER expansion work at a recycling centre near Haslemere was brought to an abrupt halt last week by the discovery of an unexploded bomb, a resident has hit out over "her worst fears" about the site.

Bomb disposal experts detonated the unexploded wartime shell, but the discovery has reignited the controversy involved in the expansion of the site.
