Fly-tippers have struck again as a large pile of wood and building waste has been dumped across a rural lane between Kingsley and Binsted.
But there has also been frustration regarding the clean-up with workers reportedly shifting the pile on Wyck Lane to the side of the road instead of removing it.
The pile dumped sometime before Wednesday (January 21) covered several dozen yards of the carriageway.
The incident has been reported with Kingsley Parish Council leading the effort to organise a clean-up.
Motorists have been advised to avoid the lane in the meantime as nails and other sharp objects remain on the carriageway.
Anyone with information about the fly-tipping should call 101, EHDC on 0300 300 0013 or use the MyEHDC online portal.
