TILFORD Fete’s theme this year was ‘All around the world’ and entrants of all ages made the most of the creative possibilities.

There were Donald Trump impersonators, ‘Aussie’s finest’ Steve Irwin tributes, would-be astronauts and even a Vladimir Putin.

The action featured tug of war, family challenges and a water raft race, with the Eldridge family winning the family challenge once again, for the fourth year.

Also on offer was a dog show and performances by Waverley Abbey J Rock, Showshack and All Saints Infant School.

The Donkey pub team were crowned winners of the tug of war when they went head to head in a ‘best of three’ match against the Farnham rugby players.

The raft race winners were: Best dressed and fastest raft: Space Oddity, crewed by Jonathan Fletcher, Chris Ayton, Sandy Kennedy and Jon Scott; Best engineered raft: Around the World Airlines, crewed by Ellie Houghton, Mia Ayton and Poppy and Amelia Appleton.
