THE controversy over finding the £80,000 needed to set up a Heritage Centre for Liphook has led to the parish council seeking expert help from Hampshire County Council.
Heritage Centre Working Party members are seeking funding from other sources after a £50,000 bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund was turned down last October.
