THE North Warnborough fundraising event at The Derby Inn, which was due to be held in aid of the charity Helping Hands for the Blind on July 30, has been postponed.

Due to "unforeseen circumstances”, the event has been called off and put on hold until next year.

And the concert featuring Hart Male Voice Choir and Basingstoke Ladies Choir, scheduled for this Saturday, has also been cancelled.

The event was due to be held at Queen Mary’s Hall College in Basingstoke, in aid of Sebastian’s Action Trust.

Organisers of both events apologise for any inconvenience caused.
