WHITEHILL Town councillor Basil Smith reinforced his call for monitoring - and eventual prosecution - of an illegal skip hire business being carried out in Hollybrook Park.
East Hampshire District Council has claimed it would be difficult to tell which skips were being used for the skip hire business as the owner of the property also runs a legal demolition contractor's yard from the same address.
