NEARLY two months after M&S Simply Foods in Petersfield hit their shoppers with a whopping £2 minimum car park charge to use its car park, the store has rescinded almost all of its new parking charges.

After demands from customers, who voted with their feet and deserted the car park in St Peter's Road after the shop brought in the £2 charge, refundable only if both able bodied and disabled customers spent £10 in the store, M&S has finally had a change of heart.
