THE owners of a Farnham nursery have warned that the future of theirs, and many other nurseries, could be in doubt if a Government scheme to increase free education hours for over-threes goes ahead in September.

Peter and Patricia Banks, owners of Piggy Banks Nursery in Wellington Lane, Heath End, are concerned that plans to increase free education to 15 hours per week for three and four year olds would leave them having to subsidise a huge shortfall in Government funding.
