IT was a good day for ghosts and ghouls in Rams Walk on Saturday when children took their life in their hands for a bit of spine-tingling Hallowe'en fun.

With free face painting to make them look the part, and other activities to get them in the scary school half-term mood, a devilishly good time was had by all visitors to the town shopping precinct.
