THE Farnham branch of Seymours estate agents – the largest independent estate agents in Surrey – has been awarded gold at the regional finals of the British Property Awards, beating stiff competition from its rivals.

Created by a team of former estate agency owners who believe the industry is unfairly judged by some consumers, the British Property Awards independently assess service levels at estate agencies across the country.

Estate agencies are judged on a town-by-town basis against a set of 25 criteria and over a period of months, to ensure only those who consistently meet a certain standard are awarded an accolade.

Brothers Matthew and Nicholas Eaton, directors at Seymours Farnham, which opened in 2014, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be recognised with the gold award from the British Property Awards.

“Whether you are buying a prestige mansion or renting a studio apartment we guarantee the best service throughout your experience thanks to the personal attention of our excellent sales and lettings teams – as a family-run business we are passionate and proud to deliver this service every single day.”
