THE Rural Life Centre in Tilford is to get a £6,250 grant from Waverley council towards the costs of a business plan.

The Reeds Road agricultural museum has applied for a total of £18,000 from various bodies for the plan, which would help with the smooth running of the centre after the retirement of voluntary manager and founder Henry Jackson, who is standing down because of ill health.
