The troubled green centre at East Meon which has been under the microscope at East Hampshire District Council looks set to be told there will only be more funding if the present council representatives are replaced.
After a four and a half hour debate on Tuesday the district council's new scrutiny committee decided on a series of recommendations which will go to the full council on Wednesday October 20. They include a proposal to pay the Earthworks Trust its last quarter £10,000 grant this year if it replaces two members of the board.
