BATTLELINES look set to be drawn between the controversial 'green' centre at East Meon and East Hampshire district council over alleged unlawful use of the site.
At their first south planning committee in the new year councillors are due to be told that planning officers believe the sustainability centre is unsustainable and if necessary, court action should be taken to stop unlawful activity there.
