WORK to improve Bordon's Forest Centre area and make it more attractive to shoppers looks set to start early in 2009, after almost a year of delays.
The £500,000 initiative, known as the Forest Centre Integration Project (FCIP), was due to completed in the spring of this year, but was held back by legal complications.
