PROTESTERS are delighted that Hampshire County Council have done a U-turn and allowed them to go on the site visit to the proposed site of the Grooms Farm landfill.
Letters to campaigners have been sent out by the clerk of the roads and development sub-committee, stating that members of the public will be allowed to attend the site visit on November 9.
