A FUNDRAISING event at Farnham Pottery has raised a pot full of cash for charity.

The Call My Wine Bluff event, organised by Genevieve Wells of architectural designers Lewis Visuals and attended by 50 guests including Farnham mayor Paddy Blagden, earned homelessness charity Step by Step nearly £900.

Attendees were offered a selection of regional cheeses and biscuits to go with their mystery selection of quality wines provided by The Haslemere Cellar.

The event raised £870, with £250 of that being donated by businessman Adam Buttery, along with lots of offers of ongoing support for the charity.
