MEMBERS at Mill Chase Leisure Centre have taken on the ultimate cycling challenge in aid of Children in Need.

Participants in the week-long event included the centre’s GP referral customers and Moveability members who are living with long-term medical conditions or disabilities.

Each member was challenged to cycle a mile and donate £1 to the charity, aiming for 400 miles in total – the same distance as Children in Need’s annual Rickshaw challenge.

With an impressive 102 Everyone Active members getting involved, the team managed to clock up 725 miles, raising £725 for the charity.
