A MEMBER of a Greatham gypsy family threatened to sue councillor Carol Rudd at a stormy parish council meeting.

Danny Shea told her on Monday night that he would start legal proceedings if she did not issue a full apology to him and his family after East Hampshire District Council's Standards Committee upheld a complaint he had made about her.
