A NEW hall for the Alexandra Centre in Bordon hinges on a successful Lottery bid, Whitehill Town Council heard on Monday.
East Hampshire District Council's planning officers were still looking at small amendments to the plans, and as soon as a decision was made by planning officials, a lottery bid woudl be submitted, said councillor Don Mayes.
