A PETERSFIELD town councillor raised concerns this week over the handling of the highly controversial sale of land at Pennsfield as an option agreement.
Dr Brian Keefe said the deal was struck in an "immoral" way and quoted a series of standing orders to the town council at a meeting recently before the agreement was signed.
