THE HASLEMERE Christmas Market drew the crowds to the town once again on Sunday.
Joint-organiser of the market, and chairman of Haslemere Events, Councillor Melanie Odell, said: "A special thank you to all the volunteers who helped out on the day.
"This was our 20th year and it was pleasing to see stalls all the way along West Street and the High Street. There were more than 120 outdoor stalls, with more in the museum.
"This is a good event for the local shops, as well as all the traders with stalls, and it gets everyone in the spirit of Christmas.
"Thank you also to the Jaspar Foundation for sponsoring the Hoppa buses and the volunteers’ refreshments.
"Father Christmas was very busy at Haslemere Museum. The museum had more than 2,100 people through its doors on Sunday, which is brilliant.
"There was a good footfall and all the traders had a very good day.
"It was a really nice event. People came out and enjoyed the day.
"Thanks also to Iain Lynch, my joint-organiser, for all his help and support."
