CUSTOMERS at a Bordon service station had a surprise last Thursday when they found St George, Sir Lancelot and an English lion walking around the forecourt and in the shop, while the A325 garage was decked out in red and white balloons and flags.

The reason the Shell staff laid on such a show was not only to celebrate St George's Day, but to raise funds for the Help For Heroes charity, which helps servicemen and women returning from war zones.
