A TIMETABLE which could see the completion of the A3 improvement scheme at Hindhead by 2009 has been drawn up by Transport Minister Lord Macdonald of Tradeston.
As well as drawing up the timetable, Lord Macdonald has also promised to visit Hindhead to see for himself the congestion at the A3 crossroads and has assured local MPs and councillors that the government is "committed to completing the current study as quickly as possible in order to reach agreement on the preferred way forward".
