A LOCAL planning conference to identify and address concerns over the A3 bottleneck at Hindhead will not be included as part of a study into the feasibility of charging motorists to use the proposed tunnel.
The findings from the study are expected to be reported in the autumn and a briefing on the study's progress for local councillors will be held on Tuesday, March 21.
