PLANS are ahead of schedule for the proposed new pavilion at the Hindhead Playing Fields with hopes that the building will be completed by the end of 2002.
An original five-year plan has been cut to three years thanks to a successful fundraising programme and planning permission for the pavilion having been granted by Waverley Borough Council in December last year.
