A Farnham group with an ABC mantra – A love of Bees and Conservation – has finished the year on a high after getting a blooming wonderful surprise.
The team at Hive Helpers have been buzzing after receiving a Certificate of Excellence at the recent Farnham In Bloom Awards.
The Community Interest Company was recognised for its work on the Farnham Bee Trail with director and founder, Erica, collecting the certificate from town mayor Cllr George Murray during a ceremony at Squires Badshot Lea.
Hive helpers earlier presented a book about bees to Isabella Humphreys, the winner of the Bee Trail Prize Draw, during the School Awards.
Everyone who completed the trail and presented their completed booklet at the Farnham Town Council offices went into the draw.
