HOLYBOURNE residents are set to reignite their campaign following the lifting of the government moratorium on gas-fired power stations.
While nothing has been received from Scottish Power or the DTI suggesting a reapplication, former campaigners are "watching and waiting, with powder dry and case set up" to counter any further attempt to site a gas-powered electricity generation unit on the A31 at Holybourne.
