A MAN died after he was in collision with a van on the A3 near the Greatham Moor lay-by.

Graeme Peacock, 46, of no fixed address, had been standing in the southbound carriageway of the A3 last Thursday when he was hit by a white Ford Transit travelling in the fast lane.
