WAVERLEY Hoppa Comunity Transport will continue to provide a scheduled service when it takes over Haslemere bus routes 504 and 505 from Stagecoach, next month.

Surrey County Council had proposed replacing route 504 from Beacon Hill to Grayswood via Haslemere and Shottermill and route 505 from Northchapel to Shottermill via Haslemere with a demand-responsive "dial-a-ride" type of service in its cost-cutting bus review
But this will not be the case when Hoppa takes over the routes from Tuesday, September 4. Both services will be scheduled services.
No pre-registration or pre-booking will be required and concessionary bus passes will be accepted.
