THE long-running battle to create a hotel at Adhurst St Mary in Sheet looks set to rumble on, as developers have lodged an appeal against a decision to reject their latest plans.

East Hampshire District Council planners turned down an application to create a 69-bedroom hotel with a restaurant, leisure facilites and a function room at the London Road site last November.
