Delays in processing housing benefit forms is causing misery and worry for Bordon residents who are still being issued with court summonses for non-payment of rent.
The problems were highlighted in February this year when the manager of Bordon's Citizen's Advice Bureau, Diana Wilson, said their case load for court summonses had soared by 500 per cent.
