HAMPSHIRE County Council is strongly opposing Waverley Council's proposed strategy for 900 new homes to be built in Farnham between 2010 and 2027.

The county council says it has been kept in the dark over what work has been done regarding the effects on roads and transport that "major development in Farnham" could have.
