POLICE, family and friends continue to search for Leanne Turnbull, missing from her home in Alton since September 14.

Described as "vulnerable", Miss Turnbull, 34, was last seen at Sainsbury's in Drayman's Way at about 9.15am and then at 1st Gear Cycles bike shop in Butts Road. She may have returned briefly to her partner's flat in Orchard Lane before seeming to disappear off the face of the earth.

Since then there has be no sighting of the woman, described by her sister, Janet Lionnet-Tregear, as "a great animal lover" and her "best friend".
