WHITEHILL police are appealing for help after a man indecently exposed himself to a female dog walker.

The incident happened on April 1 when a Bordon woman in her 30s was walking her dog in Washford Close, Bordon, between 8-45 and 9 am.

Pc Phil Jones explained: "The man 'flashed' her and then ran off. He was described as being white and between the ages of 18 and 22."

The man is believed to be between five feet six and five feet nine inches tall and was wearing a dark blue woolly hat with a thin white strip across it.
