THE centrepiece of a Farnham In Bloom display costing £800 has been upended by vandals.
The "wedding cake" display, which features three tiers of potted plants, was found lying on its side in Cambridge Place by In Bloom chairman, Madge Green after the latest in a string of attacks on floral displays.
