THE Alresford mother whose two small daughters drowned in the bath at their Windsor Road flat in June was told last week that she must not blame herself for the "tragic accident".

Natasha Russell (three) and Abigail Brownsea (18 months) died after being found unconscious in the bath by their mother, Lyn Brownsea (12), on the afternoon of June 22.

An inquest recorded verdicts of accidental death on both children.
