A MAN jailed more than 15 years ago for the murder of two women on a woodland path on the outskirts of Heath End, has been granted leave to appeal against his conviction.
Peter Fell, then aged 23, was jailed for life at Winchester Crown Court in August 1994 for the brutal stabbing of Aldershot friends Ann Lee (44) and Margaret Johnson (66).
