BEATING out the rhythm on a drum is all part of a day's work for former Status Quo drummer Jeff Rich, but for the children of Shottermill Junior School it was a rare treat to see the famous musician in action.
And his visit to the school on Monday could be set to inspire a new generation of budding musicians.
