STAFF at one of Petersfield's largest employers face an uncertain future this week after administrators were called in to run the business.

Employees of DBC Foodservice, previously know as The Danish Bacon Company, were told the devastating news at a factory meeting called by representatives of administrator Baker Tilly on Tuesday. They explained the company's trading position to its workforce and outlined its future plans. It is understood to have a presence in the town for at least 25 years.
